How this wine tastes
Cantina Orsogna, also known as Olearia Vinicola Orsogna, is a cooperative whose members began converting to organic viticulture back in 1998. In the high-altitude vineyards (500 metres above sea level), all located in the province of Chieti, excellent growing conditions prevail. The proximity to the sea and the strongly influenced microclimate, as well as the excellent work of chief oenologist Camillo Zulli in the cellar, contribute significantly to the high quality of the wines, which are showered with awards accordingly.

A very balanced and lingering ruby red wine with a powerful, velvety aroma of cherry, redcurrant and cassis, together with intense vanilla notes and a pleasant sweetness on the opening.

Its very soft, round body, intense freshness and juicy tannins, together with a long finish, delight the palate.
