Order & Delivery
01How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs CHF 9.90 throughout Switzerland. From an order value of CHF 200.–, we deliver free of charge right to your door, using our logistics partner DPD or our own fleet.
02How quickly is delivery made?
The wines are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery is announced by telephone. Please therefore provide a telephone number when ordering on which you can be reached during the day. In urgent cases, please contact us directly.
03Can I collect my order in Ramsei?
Yes. Your wines will be ready for collection within one working day at the shop at Sumiswaldstrasse 15 in 3435 Ramsei. Should this not be possible on occasion, we will get in touch with you.
04Do you also deliver abroad?
No, we do not offer deliveries abroad. We deliver throughout Switzerland.
Prices & Discounts
01Are there volume discounts?
Yes: 3% discount from 36 bottles and 5% discount from 60 bottles, whether collected or delivered, even on already reduced items. Quantity discount and collection discount are not combined; whichever is more favourable for you applies.
02What does the 5% cash discount on collection mean?
On collection in the shop and payment in cash for a purchase value of CHF 200.– or more, you receive a 5% cash discount on your purchase.
03Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown in the shop are inclusive of VAT. The prices valid at the time of order apply; changes to the range, prices and terms remain reserved.
04What payment options are available?
You can conveniently pay by invoice within 30 days, strictly net; we also accept TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and PostFinance Pay. For new customers, we reserve the right to deliver against advance payment.
Returns & Guarantee
01Can I return wines?
Yes. You can return wines free of charge within 30 days. Unopened bottles will be refunded.
02What is the cork guarantee?
We take back any wine of 10 years or younger that is found to have a quality defect, upon presentation of the receipt, and provide a replacement. No cash refunds are given.
Purchasing & Advice
01Do you sell alcohol to minors?
No. As a general rule, we do not sell alcoholic beverages to young people under 18 years of age. When ordering, you therefore confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
02Are there special terms for the catering trade?
Yes. Catering businesses and resellers receive a trade account with special terms, personal range advice and delivery, following a brief check. Get in touch by phone or via the contact form.
03Do you offer tastings?
Yes, at our vinotheque in Ramsei you can taste before you buy. For tasting at home, you will find tasting packs in the shop; appointments for private events or companies can be arranged on request.
04Do you have gift ideas?
Yes: gift wrapping, gift vouchers for CHF 20.–, 50.– or 100.–, as well as Gabriel-Glas sets. On request, we'll wrap your wine selection directly in the shop.
