How this wine tastes
In the early years of his work as a wine grower, Carmelo sold his grapes to the Vega Sicilia winery, which helped bring fame and prosperity to the Ribera del Duero wine region. In 1991 Carmelo built his own bodega with his wife. This has since been retired, as the vineyard area has multiplied and grown to 140 hectares. That is why in 2014 he gave himself and his two daughters a new, large winery, which has the potential to become a landmark of Pedrosa de Duero.
