Legio Vallis brings together all these elements. Inspired by the Romans, who thought well beyond their borders and were stationed in the Valais with the Legion XII Fulminata (Legio Vallis), Vins et Vignobles Julius has planted unconventional grape varieties for the Valais. The winery's vision is to create novel wines with these varieties in combination with other grape varieties. In doing so, traditional and modern vinification methods are combined.
