How this wine tastes
An interplay of white varieties: Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chasselas, Doral, Gewürztraminer, represented differently depending on the vintage. A wine for which the proportions are calculated each spring so that refined gastronomy, and starters in particular, are shown to full advantage.
01/Palate
A floral wine, spicy, with a long finish. Noble vineyard land.
