How this wine tastes
The dark red, sparkling Crus des Domaines Clos Corbassières Valais AOC has an intense nose of wild strawberries and blueberries. On the palate it is nicely firm, showing a structuring acidity. A great wine to accompany any kind of meat dish, from beef to poultry to game. It also pairs with terrines or cheese platters.
It can be cellared for 15 years or even longer!
