How this spirit tastes
The name pays tribute to Dougie MacLean's 1977 hit "Caledonia", a kind of declaration of love to his homeland, Scotland. The musician also helped select the casks for the Caledonia bottling.

Smells of sultanas, figs and honey.
02/Palate
Tastes of liquid gingerbread, roasted almonds and a touch of orange. Spicy-dry finish.
