How this wine tastes
Le Volte is an extremely pleasing and uncomplicated cuvée that unites the finest terroirs of Tuscany. It pairs the Mediterranean expressiveness of Sangiovese, which gives the wine its opulent fullness, with the wonderfully complex structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and the smoothness of Merlot. First produced in 1991, Le Volte reflects the purity and style that inspire the philosophy of the Tenuta dell'Ornellaia estate.
