How this wine tastes

For the NC, only hand-picked grapes from the best and oldest vines are used. Thus its name is a statement of intent, as the result is an exclusive terroir wine produced in a very limited edition. It matures for 36 months in barrels from the world's best cooperages, is bottled in numbered bottles and impresses with its incredibly concentrated, yet gentle and well-balanced taste.

01/Nose

Rich aroma with notes of ripe red berries, wild strawberries, violets, a touch of fine vanilla, rounded off by mineral and balsamic nuances such as eucalyptus and pine. Elegant toffee and hazelnut notes.

02/Palate

On the palate, concentrated and complex with a magnificent structure. The opening shows notes of mocha and black fruit. Balanced, pure and expressive with a long finish.
