How this wine tastes
The Macerato Poliedro is a wine with a complex and multifaceted character, made from white grapes. The winemaking process follows the old method of skin maceration, as if it were a red wine. This orange wine has a rich and broad flavour spectrum, gaining ripe notes and particularly intense and fascinating tertiary notes thanks to ageing in wood. Aromas of ripe fruit and spices lend great charm and a remarkable length.
