How this wine tastes
Silentium stands for a moment of stillness. For that precious instant when the world turns a little more slowly, when one can savour relaxation and calm with a fine glass. Silentium was given plenty of time to reach perfect maturity: the wine rested for a long while in barrique in the quiet cellar, allowed to develop its full strength undisturbed. Enjoy it with a lovely meal, or simply on its own!
