How this wine tastes
The grapes for the single-variety Puro Malbec are hand-picked at the end of March, brought immediately to the winery, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 27 to 28°C, and matured purely in stainless steel without wood, in order to preserve the juicy freshness of the grape variety's fruit to the maximum extent in the wine as well.

Dense, violet red
02/Nose
On the nose notes of cooked fruit, herbs such as thyme and mint, and subtly also ground stone.
03/Palate
Soft and full on the palate, very lovely, juicy Malbec fruitiness that lingers long, nice soft tannins give the wine the necessary structure. Malbec at its best!
