How this wine tastes
Each of the three grape varieties is processed separately and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 25 to 27°C for 2 weeks. This is followed by 12 months of maturation in barriques followed by 6 months of bottle ageing. The nose is characterised by ripe aromas of red fruits such as plum and cherry. Extremely harmonious, juicy and compact on the palate with a distinctive spicy note of saffron.
