How this wine tastes
In March 2014, Martin Foradori Hofstätter seized the opportunity to revive the traditional “Weingut Dr. Fischer”, renowned for its Rieslings. The small winery owns vineyards in one of Germany's most famous wine regions: on the Saar, a tributary of the Mosel, in the famous vineyards “Bockstein” and “Saarburger Kupp”, classified as first-tier sites.
