How this wine tastes
Chenin Blanc is a grape variety originating from the French Loire region, rarely found in Switzerland. Young winemaker Matteo Beutler grows this Chenin Blanc in the La Côte region (Canton of Vaud) and ages it in oak barrels to give it finesse and complexity.
A balanced wine with a unique character, vinified by Matteo Beutler at the "Domaine de Marcy" winery in St-Prex.
