About Winerbarrel and their philosophy:
We pursue the goal of processing old wines sustainably and in an environmentally friendly way into delicious Wybrand & breathe new life into them.
We are convinced that upcycling also works with wines, and with Wybrand this becomes reality.
Every wine deserves a second chance. Not a single drop goes down the drain; we fill the barrel, and once it's full, the next Wybrand series is created.
01/Nose
On the nose a bouquet of raisins, quinces and ripe fig with an alluring scent of almonds and vanilla. The young oak provides a pleasant smoothness and the light tobacco note lingers for a long time. Even once the glass is empty, the intense aromas remain present for a long while.
