How this spirit tastes
The Scottish Aberfeldy distillery was founded in 1896 by the Dewar family. It is located in the town of the same name on the River Tay in the Scottish Highlands. Today the distillery belongs to the international spirits group Bacardi.
01/Nose
Rich on the nose with heather, honey, vanilla and toffee notes.
02/Palate
Complex on the palate; syrup and honey followed by orange peel and a slightly sharp note. On the finish, increasing spice notes and piquant orange aromas appear. A balanced fruitiness rounded off by spice notes, light sharpness and a hint of smoke.
