How this wine tastes
Casa de la Ermita stands for characterful red wines from the D.O.P. Jumilla, shaped by chalky soils and a dry, continental climate. Monastrell forms the varietal basis of the Edición Especial and is selectively harvested and vinified under controlled temperatures. Subsequent ageing in oak gives the wine structure and additional aromatic depth.

On the nose, multi-layered aromas with pale cherries, red and black fruits, plus fine vanilla and a touch of pepper.
