How this wine tastes
The family winery Casa de la Ermita was founded in 1999 in the heart of the Sierra del Carche valley, a national park in the Jumilla wine region, south of Valencia. The wine comes from carefully selected grapes from vineyards on the northern side of the Sierra del Carche mountain range, at an altitude of 700 metres.
01/Nose
On the nose, a variety of white fruits such as peach, pear, pineapple and passion fruit, blended with delicate hints of jasmine and orange blossom that lend an exotic note.
02/Palate
Fresh on the palate, with a lovely character and remarkable persistence.
