How this wine tastes
Wine and Schloss Salenegg are inseparably linked. Since 1068, distinguished wines have been grown and vinified in a natural manner at Europe's oldest wine estate. As early as 950, the Prior of the Pfäfers monastery laid the foundation for today's castle estate with its vineyard. The von Gugelberg family has guaranteed quality and originality since 1654. Today, Helene v. Gugelberg leads the estate with vision.
01/Nose
The nose shows plenty of fruit with fine floral notes, banana and even a touch of passion fruit.
02/Palate
On the palate, the Cuvée Blanche is beautifully balanced, as fruit and acidity are perfectly matched, allowing the fruit sweetness to fully express itself without any residual sugar.
