How this wine tastes
Situated on the beautiful southern bank of the Danube in the Wachau, vineyards are cultivated in the best sites around Mautern. A mix of young and old vines, together with the diligence of the Eder winegrowing family, guarantees wines year after year that stand for naturalness, drinkability and enjoyment. Hand-harvesting, carried out as late as possible and in several passes, is just as much a given as allowing the wine sufficient time to develop. Good things take time!

Juicy structure on the palate with a fine yeast note, supported by minerality, medium-bodied and very easy-drinking.
