Wonderfully penetrating nose of pineapple and honeydew melon, fine yellow tropical fruit, Golden Delicious apple, fine oak spice, a hint of cloves, delicate herbal nuances.
03/Palate
Wonderfully juicy on the palate, complex yet with pleasant fresh-salty minerality, invigorating acid structure, plenty of stone fruit spreading across the palate, creamy richness, a touch of vanilla, delicate toasty aromas, finely spiced, some caramel and nougat notes, apple and pear fruit on the finish.
