How this wine tastes
The wine Duca Enrico was first produced in 1984 and, as Sicily's first pure Nero d'Avola wine, marked the beginning of a new era for the regional wine world. Duca Enrico is thus one of the iconic wines of Duca di Salaparuta and stands for pioneering spirit and vision in Sicilian oenology.

Deep ruby red with violet reflections.

On the nose, a multi-layered bouquet unfolds with notes of red berries, ripe plum, elderberry and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by cedarwood and spicy nuances as a sign of barrel maturity.
03/Palate
On the palate, the wine is powerful and elegant at the same time, with juicy fruit, present but velvety tannin and a long, powerful yet harmonious finish.
