How this spirit tastes
This spirit is distilled from fully ripe cherries using the traditional method and then matured in oak casks. Flavoursome and harmonious, with a subtle almond note. The fruity and long finish rounds off this fine product wonderfully.
01/Colour
Bright gold.
02/Nose
Fine fresh fruit notes of preserved apricots and a subtle almond aroma.
03/Palate
On the palate the aromas are more intense. Apricot jam with a touch of milk chocolate as well as cinnamon and dried orange peel. The aftertaste is fine and slightly peppery.
