How this spirit tastes
Gin Mare is characterised by the following 4 botanicals: thyme from Turkey, rosemary from Greece, basil from Italy and green Arbequina olives from Spain. A 36-hour maceration of these ingredients in alcohol followed by redistillation using the traditional pot-still method is decisive for the aroma of Gin Mare. However, the spirit also contains the gin-typical botanicals juniper, cardamom and citrus.
