Crafter's Aromatic Flower Gin

This is a testament to true passion: the creators of this spirit from the Liviko distillery in Estonia have not only given their gin a name, but even named the copper still in which the grain alcohol is macerated with the flavours of the twelve selected aromatics. It is called "Mama Ilse", and in it, rosehip blossoms and meadowsweet impart their flavour to the base alcohol. Their sweetness is skilfully balanced by orange zest and the freshness of yuzu and juniper berries. The carefully selected mix of 12 botanicals also contains roses, fennel, lavender and black elderberry. Finally, this gin also delivers a special effect: on contact with tonic, it turns pink thanks to the magic of the rosehip!
