01/Tasting

How this wine tastes

This rosé is produced using the méthode saignée (draining the grapes without an active pressing process). A very long fermentation period and the subsequent three-month ageing on fine lees lead to this unique intensity of aromas.

01/Colour

Glossy, radiant pink tones with orange highlights

02/Nose

A fresh, fruity bouquet. Its charm lies in the charismatic scent, reminiscent of fresh peaches and citrus fruits. A subtle minerality in the background gives this wine an incomparable character.

03/Palate

Rather dry on the palate and with crisp acidity, the notes of the fruity nose merge with intense aromas of ripe peaches and citrus fruits alongside the mineral acidity, producing a long-lasting finish. The lingering finale is mellow and fruity.

Pairs withAperitiffishseafood and vegetarian dishes.Serving temperature 8 - 10°C
