How this wine tastes

In 1941, Modesto Alvarez Romero and Eladio Díez Ossorio founded Bodega Álvarez y Díez in Nava del Rey, on the southern bank of the river Duero in the Rueda region. Today, Juan de Benito successfully continues the business in the second generation. He relies on new technologies without neglecting regional authenticity. The Mantel Blanco, traditionally vinified from Verdejo grapes, is today the bodega's greatest pride.
