How this wine tastes
The new label celebrates the seductive power of the wine. Ninfa, the goddess of the grape, emerges from the foam of the must and moves gracefully in the glass. A feminine spirit full of elegance and inspiration characterises the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Montepulciano and Syrah. A new yet timeless product, which I created as a homage to the beauty and rebirth of wine.
01/Colour
Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
02/Nose
The aromas are deep and lingering. Juicy fruits, blackberry and cherry, accompanied by notes of liquorice and graphite, black pepper and tobacco. Balsamic notes round off the complex, lingering and elegant aroma profile.
03/Palate
Warm and elegant on the palate, with strong impact and great development. A firm and decisive character, marked by very fine, soft and rounded tannins. The finish is long and pleasantly fruity.
