How this wine tastes
Champagne Palmer & Co. was founded in 1947. Through skilful acquisitions, the house grew continuously until, in the 1980s, it surpassed the magical mark of one million bottles produced. Palmer's great pride is its cleverly distributed vineyards, a mosaic of 40 different sites totalling an area of 415 ha, 200 of which are in privileged Premier and Grand Cru sites. This diversity allows for a wealth of choice when creating the assemblage. The aim is always a perfect harmony between Chardonnay and the Pinots, and a captivating elegance.
01/Nose
The nose, subtle and charming, with notes of orange blossom and acacia, mingled with notes of yellow fruits, aromas of roasted pineapple and tonka bean.
02/Palate
The palate is marked by freshness, with citrus fruits accompanying the notes of brioche and dried fruits. Its creamy texture extends deliciously to a lingering finish.
