How this wine tastes
Champagne Palmer & Co. was founded in 1947. Through skilful acquisitions, the house grew continuously until, in the 1980s, it surpassed the magical mark of one million bottles produced. Palmer's great pride is its cleverly distributed vineyards, a mosaic of 40 different sites totalling an area of 415 ha, 200 of which are in privileged Premier and Grand Cru sites. This diversity allows for a wealth of choice when creating the assemblage. The aim is always a perfect harmony between Chardonnay and the Pinots, and a captivating elegance.
01/Nose
A wonderful, very classic Champagne bouquet of fine brioche notes, ripe apple, Williams pear and roasted almonds – the aroma alone makes you long for the first sip.
02/Palate
On the palate, a fresh, gentle and finely creamy perlage for an incredibly harmonious mouthfeel.
