Réserve Brut 60/40 - Marcoult

Behind Champagne M. Marcoult stands a young winemaking couple who produce unique champagnes with great drive and passion. Unlike the large champagne houses, Florence and Julien Marcoult use grapes exclusively from their own 6-hectare vineyards, as everything should be as local as possible. The oak and acacia wood for the barrels comes from a forest just 5 km from the winery. They select the suitable tree trunks together with their cooper. Sustainability is also a top priority for the couple: they generate all their own electricity, produce their own nettle manure for the vines, and a shepherd gently tends their organic meadows with his flock of sheep.
