How this wine tastes
The Tamborini winery was founded in 1944 by Carlo Tamborini; in 1968 his son Claudio took over the business. The well-known Ticino winemaker is now the proud owner of 27 hectares of vineyards in the best locations of the canton and today runs the company together with his nephew Mattia Bernardoni. Tamborini is known for classic and great Merlot wines. In addition to its classics, the winery has launched a new wine line called «Gioia di Vivere» (joy of living), including Passo di Tambo, Bianco di Tambo and Brezza di Tambo.

02/Nose
The aromas recall jelly made from red berries such as strawberries, currants and raspberries, as well as stone fruit such as cherries and plums.
03/Palate
Inviting on the palate, a beautiful interplay of a lovely, elegant body with a refreshing, ripe acidity. The finish is playful and fades subtly.
