How this wine tastes

Sei Solo is a project that Javier Zaccagnini started in 2007 from four small vineyards – an oenological homage to the great work of Johann Sebastian Bach, one of his favourite pieces. As the former managing director of Bodegas AALTO, he worked quietly on his Duero, the wine that best matches his personal taste in terms of nuance, finesse and elegance.
