Grapes from ungrafted vines over 85 years old. 48-hour cold maceration before fermentation in a cool room, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.

Full-bodied with aromas of red fruits, highlighted by spicy notes typical of oak barrels, increasing its complexity when combined with roasted and mineral notes on the nose.

Intense, powerful and silky with round tannins and sweet overtones on the palate. Its finish is long and lingering, offering great and pleasant complexity.
