How this spirit tastes
The Puro Premium Dry Gin is distilled from the finest Argentine ingredients according to the specifications and with the involvement of Dieter Meier at the Matter-Luginbühl distillery in Kallnach (BE). 110 grams of botanicals per litre of finished gin are macerated in grain alcohol for 24 hours. The macerate is reduced to 35% vol. in the still and then distilled in a single pass without fractionation. The second distillate is reduced to 40% vol. and distilled in a single pass, after which the master distiller separates the heads and tails by tasting. The Puro Gin has aromas of juniper, coriander, angelica root, citrus, thyme, oregano and further spices. Fine and aromatic on the palate, rounded off with brandy from the Puro Malbec. Can also be enjoyed neat "on the rocks"!
