01/Tasting
How this spirit tastes
In the lap of the Alpstein lie the cellars in which the Säntis Malt matures. Each cask is an individual, characterful rarity and is carefully selected by the Stillmaster. With its first fill in historic oak beer casks, the whisky gains its much-awarded quality. The finish follows in a bourbon, port, sherry, wine or other special cask. The whisky is produced as an ongoing, limited "Edition Alpstein".
