How this spirit tastes
Two lakes, one whisky. A fine single malt, distilled in the Jungfrau region, matured in the historic rock cellar in Interlaken between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz.
01/Colour
Pale, attractively gleaming gold.
02/Nose
On the nose, subtle notes of honey and vanilla with aromas of dried grapes.
03/Palate
Fresh and fruity on the entry. The subtle roasted aromas are complemented by hints of coffee and chocolate. This combination, which is also confirmed retronasally, forms the crowning conclusion and holds the complex flavour structure together in an impressive finish.
