Veran Finca Biniagual DO

Hand-harvested in small crates, grapes selected by hand. Fermentation and extraction in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature, approx. 17 days of skin contact. 13 months of ageing in 90% French and 10% American barriques, 65% of which new.

The small hamlet of Biniagual lies in the heart of Mallorca near Binissalem. In the mid-20th century the hamlet lay practically in ruins. In 1968 the current owner bought the hamlet and has since gradually renovated the village houses. The family business has only been producing its own wines again since 2002. Alongside vines, the estate also includes citrus and almond trees as well as large flocks of sheep. Here, quality is pursued unconditionally. In keeping with the motto: we make the wine we ourselves like to drink!
