Bodega Maires stands for authentic wines from the Spanish D.O. Toro – shaped by old vines, family history and a deep connection to the region. Behind the winery are cousins Fernando and Pablo, who revived their family's winemaking tradition in 2015, creating a project that combines tradition and modernity.

On the nose, aromas of exotic fruits, with hints of fennel and toasted herbs.

On the palate, silky and smooth, harmonious and wonderfully balanced thanks to a well-integrated acidity. The long finish is rounded off by a lingering, balanced interplay of flavours that is very typical of Verdejo.
