How this wine tastes
Unlike Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette de Limoux consists almost exclusively of the Mauzac grape variety. The wine is aged on the lees for 18 months. This vintage sparkling wine is made from the best Mauzac grapes. It is fruitier than a Crémant de Limoux.
