How this wine tastes
The 16th-century building of the Il Mosnel winery bears witness to the long tradition of the Barboglio family. A high vine density per hectare and a low grape yield per vine are the criteria that govern the cultivation of the estate's 40 hectares of vineyards, ensuring the best possible quality of the raw material, the grape. After careful tastings, various wines are blended in different proportions in spring and fermented using the traditional tank fermentation method.
01/Nose
On the nose pure apple with a hint of citrus fruit.
02/Palate
On the palate juicy with crisp acidity and earthy spice, very round and harmonious, with a full body.
