Brockmans Premium Gin

Brockmans Gin is a creation by Davis, Bob, Neil and Matthew, whose aim was to create a novel spirit. After the group of friends analysed and tried out hundreds of old recipes, they settled on a blend of eleven botanicals to create the original Brockmans Gin. Among classic ingredients such as angelica root, orange peel and coriander seeds, the list also features blueberries and blackberries, which do not actually fit into the usual interplay of spices and herbs at all. After maceration in neutral grain alcohol and distillation in a copper still more than 100 years old, the result is a gin in which juniper and citrus blend perfectly with the dark berries. Brockmans' black, heavy bottle is also an eye-catcher in any bar.
