How this wine tastes
This wine embodies a completely new generation of southern Italian wines. Very opulent, but quite different from Bordeaux, Spain or northern Italy, wood notes play virtually no role. The tannins are moderate and very finely polished. An intense but enchantingly soft wine both on the nose and on the palate. Probably one of the most noble and powerful representatives of its grape variety with a never-ending finish.
Pairs withRed meat and grilled dishesspicy pasta dishes and pizza. But also ideal as a meditation wine.
