How this spirit tastes
The name of the Maund (Jamaica) Rum from the Swiss brand "The Wild Alps" goes back to the passionate alpinist and hunter John Oakley Maund, who became famous above all for his ascents in the Mont Blanc massif. The selected qualities of Jamaica Rum are aged in oak casks in the Caribbean for over 12 years. Finishing takes place in a cellar in Switzerland in oak casks previously used for a sweet wine made from Pinot Noir in the style of a port wine.
