How this wine tastes

On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Bodegas Protos, the limited edition «Protos 27» was crafted in a retro design. The pure varietal Tempranillo is a tribute to the 11 visionaries who founded Bodegas Protos in 1927. The presentation is the same as that of the first production from the founding year.

01/Colour

Dark cherry red with a garnet-red rim.

02/Nose

Intense, complex and elegant on the nose, with nuances of black fruits, plums and roasted and vanilla tones as well as aromas such as toffee and liquorice.

03/Palate

Round and balanced on the palate with a long-lasting finish. A high-end wine that can be aged for a long time.
