Studer's Swiss Highland Honey Gin Summer Edition

The Swiss Highland Honey Gin «Wildflower» is the summer gin experience of the slightly wilder kind. The recipe of our Swiss Highland Dry Gin serves as the basis for this limited summer edition. During the production process, this is enriched with wildflower honey. The addition of honey gives the gin a beautiful yellow colour, which, paired with the sweetish aromas, rounds off the summer experience.

The wildflower honey used is obtained from wild-growing plants, in contrast to «classic honey», which comes from cultivated and farmed plants. Wildflower honey is a rarity, as it can only be harvested in areas where the flora can still spread uncontrolled, such as in alpine regions or nature reserves.
