How this wine tastes
The magic of the agricultural region of Sambuca in Sicily is reflected in the wines of Cantine Cellaro. The vineyards stretch from Lake Arancio up the slopes to an altitude of 300 to 600 metres above sea level. The excellent microclimate and fertile soils offer the best conditions for the native grape varieties Grillo, Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese, as well as for international varieties such as Merlot and Syrah. The renowned oenologist Filippo Baccalaro thus has the best conditions for producing the unique and unmistakable wines of Cantine Cellaro.
