Das isch Läbe
Typically Portuguese, with a Swiss German name: Remo Aragão's wine line.
Get to know Das isch Läbe
Remo Aragão wanted to produce something new and modern: typically Portuguese, yet atypical with a Swiss German name. His mother is from Bern, his father from the Alentejo. He himself is the golden mean, just like his wine line DAS ISCH LÄBE.
The name says it all
The wine got its name because Remo and his parents lead many wine trips through Portugal, and their guests from Switzerland can only say one thing when standing in the vineyards with a glass of wine: «DAS ISCH LÄBE».
Heart and vine
We need the heart on the label to live; the vine growing out of the heart symbolises that life is a little more beautiful with wine. An aperitif and a bottle of wine belong in a gathering with wonderful people: Das isch Läbe!
Alentejo and Douro in the glass
The line includes wines from two major Portuguese regions: fruit-forward rosés and powerful reds from the Alentejo, as well as characterful white and red wines from the Douro, ranging from Tinta Barroca to the Reserva made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.
