On the palate like a Châteauneuf, only somewhat more elegant and leaner, fine, juicy-attractive fruit of cherries, elderberry, also strawberries - simply wonderful. Typical Beaucastel „Goût de Terroir“ with wonderful minerality, subtly also black olives and liquorice. Powerful, intense and long-lasting in the finish, fruit-driven with ultra-fine tannins.
